Maryland Governor Larry Hogan appoints a late state senator’s wife to take over the seat.  Yesterday Hogan appointed Linda Norman to take the reins after the sudden death of her husband Sen. Wayne Norman earlier this month. The governor says Linda Norman is qualified, capable, and connected to the communities in Harford and Cecil County. She has worked as an office manager for a law firm for over 25 years, and previously was the treasurer of the Harford County Republican Club.
