UPDATED 1/24 – Joseph White, who was reported missing in Princess Anne, has been found safe in Upper Marlboro.

Maryland State Police are searching for a missing teenager from Somerset County. According to State Police, Joseph White was reported missing on Monday after last being seen Sunday night at his residence on Deal Island Road in Princess Anne. White apparently did not show up to school Monday morning, and police say he left a letter behind saying he was heading to Washington State. White is a 16 year old black male, who was last seen driving a black jeep with temporary tags on it. If you know of Whites location contact Maryland State Police.
