Mid-Atlantic Regional Lifeguard Championships at Rehoboth Beach Wednesday

The US Lifesaving Association’s Mid-Atlantic Regional Lifesaving Championships will be held Wednesday, July 12, in Rehoboth Beach. This is the 27th year that the Rehoboth Beach Patrol has hosted the even, which showcases the skills to be an ocean lifeguard. About 300 guards from New York to Virginia will compete – hoping to qualify for the national championships in Virginia Beach in August. The public is welcome to watch the competitions which will take place on the beach at Baltimore Avenue.
