Milford Police Arrest 4 after Month-long Drug Investigation

A month-long investigation into the distribution of heroin at The Roadway Inn on North Walnut Street has ended with the arrest of four people and the seizure of over 1390 bags of suspected heroin, oxycodone pills and other drug paraphernalia items. Milford Police have arrested:

55 year old Edwin Scarborough, Frederica – charged with Possession With the Intent To Deliver, Conspiracy 2nd Degree, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Scarborough is being held at SCI in default of $62,000 bail.

22 year old Kimberly Johnson, Lincoln – charged with two counts of Possession With the Intent To Deliver, Conspiracy 2nd Degree, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Ms. Johnson was released on her own recognizance.

43 year old Jason Caseley, Greenwood – charged with Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Caseley was issued a criminal summons and released

31 year old Holly Cooper, Milford – charged with Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Ms. Cooper, who also had a court capias, was released on a criminal summons

A 27 Harrington woman was arrested after it was learned that she was wanted by Harrington Police on traffic charges. She was released on her own recognizance.
