Milford Woman Died after Crash Near Laurel Saturday Evening
A Milford woman has died from injuries she received in a crash Saturday evening just before 6:30 near Laurel. Delaware State Police say a westbound Silverado on Mount Zion Road pulled into the path of an Infiniti SUV that was southbound on Route 13. The Infiniti struck the passenger side of the Silverado. A Ford Escape traveling behind the Infiniti struck the rear of the SUV.
A 3rd row seat passenger in the Infiniti, 43 year old Latisha Horsey of Milford was hospitalized with life threatening injuries and died from her injuries on Sunday. The driver of the Infiniti and three other passengers were hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the Ford, a 60 year old Laurel man was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the Silverado – a 39 year old Millsboro man and two child passengers were not injured.
