Millsboro Man Charged with 7th Felony Offense DUI

A Delaware State Trooper was flagged down at the Long Neck McDonald’s on Friday and told of a disorderly customer yelling and screaming from his vehicle.  Troopers contacted the driver, 53 year old Levi Stilwell of Millsboro, who appeared to be intoxicated and showed signs of impairment.  A DUI investigation was started and a computer check showed 6 previous DUI convictions.  Stilwell was arrested and charged with his 7^th felony offense DUI and other offenses.
