Millsboro Woman Arrested after DUI in Seaford

Police in Seaford were called Saturday morning just after 6 for a person passed out behind the wheel. They found 40 year old Tremaine Abbott of Millsboro who was incoherent to the officers. Abbott failed several field sobriety tests and was arrested. Police located 65 bags of heroin and drug paraphernalia. Abbott is charged with drug offenses and DUI – she’s free on a $9000 unsecured bail.
