Milton Man Arrested for Aggravated Menacing & Weapons Offenses

A Milton man has been arrested by Delaware State Police after a call for a disorderly incident last week in Milton. Police were called to Lawns Unlimited early Monday morning for a disorderly person and learned that a man was yelling at employees of the business from his residence next door. While yelling at the employee, the man – later identified as 45 year old Chad Tylecki, revealed a handgun in his waistband.
Police contacted Tylecki at his residence where he was arrested – a handgun found in his waistband.
Tylecki, who is a person prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition, was taken to Troop 7. He was charged with crimes listed below:
- Aggravated Menacing (Felony)
- Possession of a Firearm or Ammunition by a Person Prohibited (Felony) – 2 counts
- Disorderly Conduct
Tylecki was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 2, and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on a $46,100 cash bond.
