Milton Man Charged after DUI Stop in Milford

Milford Police stopped a vehicle for DUI Wednesday afternoon on Lexus Drive near Route 113. Police also learned that 43 year old Jack Mitchell of Milton was also driving with a suspended license and had a small child in the vehicle – and was wanted by the Kent County Court of Common Pleas. A search also located crack cocaine. Mitchell is charged with multiple offenses.
