MSP Investigating Shooting in Cambridge Monday Morning

Cambridge Police were called to Bradley Avenue around 8am Monday morning for a shooting. Police found 36 year old Taron Jones of Cambridge suffering from an apparent gunshot wound – he was declared dead at the scene. Maryland State Police were asked to take the lead on the investigation.

Homicide detectives have identified a person of interest and say there is no threat to the public. The investigation is continuing.
