UPDATED: MSP & Salisbury PD Investigating Sunday Morning Homicide on Carroll Street
UPDATED – 04/17/23 – A shooting on East Carroll Street early Sunday morning in Salisbury left one teen dead and another man injured. Just after midnight Salisbury Police found two victims with multiple gunshot wounds near Buena Vista Avenue. Police say 16 year old Ja’siah Sin’cer Johnson of Salisbury was taken to TidalHealth Peninsula Medical Center where he was pronounced dead and 22 year old Jamere Maynes is being treated for injuries. Maryland State Police and Salisbury Police are investigating a shooting death that occurred early Sunday morning on Carroll Street in Salisbury. The shooting occurred just after midnight and there are unconfirmed reports that two people suffered gunshot wounds.
