After four shooting complaints in the Capital Park neighborhood in Dover in the past two weeks, Delaware State Police coordinated a multi-agency pro-active criminal operation to target violent crime.  The two-day operation focused on seizing firearms and through investigation police learned that weapons, drugs and more were being hidden at the back of homes on State and Kent County land.  A terrain search Thursday turned up a loaded .40 caliber pistol, loaded assault rifle and a black tactical style ballistic vest behind homes on South Governor’s Boulevard.  Additional information led to the discovery on Friday of 656 baggies of heroin behind a residence on South Governor’s Boulevard.
