Nylon Capital Shopping Center Groundbreaking Ceremony

Ground was broken today on the Nylon Capital Shopping Center revitalization project. The project includes a multi-purpose community facility that will benefit health care, education, and business. TidalHealth announced earlier this year that it will be one of the anchor tenants at the Nylon Capital Center. They look forward to expanding their service in the Seaford community.
