OC Fireboat Crew Rescues Juvenile Swimmer in Distress

A call for a water rescue in Ocean City around 9:30 Saturday morning in the area of the Ocean City Inlet. The Ocean City Fireboat crew that was training was already nearby and responded. A trained rescue swimmer was deployed from the boat and located a juvenile male victim who was barely conscious. The swimmer and crew were able to boat the victim who was taken to the US Coast Guard Station for medical evaluation.
