OC Police Investigate Boardwalk Assault

Ocean City Police are looking for the suspect and a victim in an assault on the boardwalk early Sunday morning, May 16th.

The incident was captured on the City Watch surveillance camera. The suspect was with a group of four or five other people, and one of them was seen taking cellphone video of the assault in the area of 14th Street and 15th Street on the boardwalk.

Ocean City Police released these descriptions:

The victim is described as a white male, wearing a bright purple hat, dark-colored jacket, gray sweatpants, with white and black shoes. The suspect in this incident is described as a white male, wearing a black short-sleeve shirt with white lettering on the back, black pants, and dark-colored shoes. The suspect was observed with a group of 4 to 5 other individuals. One of the individuals with the suspect was observed taking a cell phone video of the assault.
