UPDATED: DSP Identify Driver Killed In Two-Vehicle Crash Tuesday near Millsboro
UPDATED: 3/18/22 – Delaware State Police have identified the victim that died in a fatal motor vehicle collision late Tuesday night on eastbound Millsboro Highway (Route 24) in the area of Revel Road as Micheline Victor, 53, of Salisbury. The investigation is continuing.

A crash on Millsboro Highway (Route 24) has claimed one life.
According to Delaware State Police, a 26-year-old Millsboro woman struck a deer with her SUV near Revel Road Tuesday night, crossed the center line and collided with an oncoming car driven by a 53-year-old Salisbury woman.
The car’s driver died at the scene. The other woman needed hospital treatment for minor injuries.
State Police said the driver of the car was properly restrained. The driver of the SUV was not properly restrained.
A portion of Route 24 was closed for about four hours. The crash is under investigation.
“This collision remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police Troop 7 Collision Reconstruction Unit.
