Peak Shaving Alert for Berlin Electric Customers from 2 to 7pm

The Berlin Electric Company is asking customers to voluntarily conserve or limit energy usage today between 2 and 7pm. This is when electric purchase rates are at their highest – you can help by delaying the use of major appliances – like dishwashers, washing machines and clothes dryers and hot water.
