Police Make Multiple Drug Arrests at Dunbarton Apts in Georgetown

Georgetown Police along with several other agencies conducted a drug investigation at the Dunbarton Apartments in Georgetown.  On January 31st, three people were arrested after a search warrant was served in the 200 building – police seized heroin, crack cocaine and marijuana.  On Friday police went into several apartments in the 100 building and seized heroin, crack and powder cocaine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a .38 caliber revolver.  10 suspects between the ages of 18 and 42 were arrested – including 18 year old Dontrae Flowers of Rehoboth who was arrested in both investigations.

Samuel Senecharles 19, of Georgetown and Dontrae Flowers 18, of Rehoboth were both arrested for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 2 quantity. Samuel Senecharles was committed to Sussex Correctional Institute in lieu of $8500 secured bond.  Dontrae Flowers was released on $8000 unsecured bond.

Javar Ricketts 22, of Lincoln was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 2 quantity. Javar Ricketts was committed to Sussex Correctional Institute in lieu of $22,100 secured bond.

Daimyon Gibbs 42, of Rehoboth Beach was arrested for Possession of a Firearm, possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 1 quantity, tampering with physical evidence, conspiracy 2nd degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gibbs was committed to Sussex Correctional Institute in lieu of $134,000 cash bond.

Orlien J. Aclair 27, of Felton was arrested for Possession of a Firearm, possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 1 quantity, tampering with physical evidence, conspiracy 2nd degree, trespass 2nd degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Aclair was committed to Sussex Correctional Institute in lieu of $104,600 cash bond.

Karl Motto 34, of Seaford was arrested for Possession of a Firearm, possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 1 quantity, tampering with physical evidence, conspiracy 2nd degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Motto was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on lieu of $70,400 cash bond.

Alexis Norwood 26, of Georgetown was arrested for Possession of a Firearm, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 1 quantity, tampering with physical evidence, conspiracy 2nd degree, maintaining a drug property, endangering the welfare of a child, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Norwood was committed to Sussex Correctional Institute in lieu of $38,000 secured bond.

Javontai Ricketts 21, of Millsboro was arrested for Possession of a Firearm, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 1 quantity, tampering with physical evidence, conspiracy 2nd degree, Trespass 2nd degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ricketts was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $52,000 cash bond.

Dontrae Flowers 18, of Rehoboth was arrested for Possession of a Firearm, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 1 quantity, tampering with physical evidence, conspiracy 2nd degree, breach of release, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Flowers was committed to Sussex Correctional Institute in lieu of $32,000 cash bond.

Brandon Gibbs 36, of Georgetown was arrested for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child. Gibbs was committed to Sussex Correctional Institute in lieu of $7100 secured bond.

Rayleisha Gibbs 26, of Georgetown was arrested for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a drug property, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Gibbs was released on unsecured bond.
