Rehoboth Beach Man Arrested for Rape of Child
June 13, 2023/
Millsboro Police have arrested a Rehoboth Beach man after an investigation into sexual assaults that date back to 2016. Police have charged Ryan Riley with:
- Rape in the first degree (2 counts) (Class A Felony)
- Unlawful sexual contact in the first degree (2counts). (Class D Felony)
- Continuous sexual abuse of a child. (Class B Felony)
- Rape in the second degree ( Class B Felony)
- Sexual Abuse of a child by a person in a position of trust, authority or supervision second degree. (Class F Felony)
Riley is being held at SCI in default of a $100,000 cash bail.
