Rehoboth Beach Police Arrest Milford Man for Burglary

Rehoboth Beach Police have charged a Milford man after they were called to a Wilmington Avenue business for burglary in progress. A cleaning crew found that a former employee, 38 year old Donald Fulmore entered the business and attempted to steal alcohol from a locked cabinet. The cleaners confronted Fulmore who fell down the stairs as he tried to run off and injured his head. The cleaners detained Fulmore until police arrived.
Fulmore was treated and released at an area hospital and arrested and charged with the following offenses:
- Burglary in the Third Degree (felony)聽
- Wearing a Disguise During the Commission of a Felony (felony)聽
- Possession of Burglar鈥檚 Tools (felony)聽 聽
- Attempted Theft Under $1500 (misdemeanor)
Fulmore is聽being held at SCI in default of an $8000 secured bail.
