Republican Joan Winters to File for State Auditor Tuesday

State Auditor Tom Wagner announced some time ago that he would not be running for re-election and so far three Democrats have filed to run for the office. On Tuesday at 9:15am, Republican Joan Winters of Dover will announce her candidacy on the Circle in Georgetown. Winters has a degree in Accounting from Villanova, has worked with Price Waterhouse in Philadelphia and for the past 27 years has been with Mitten & Winters, CPAs in Dover. She is the only CPA to serve on the Delaware Tax Appeal Board.
