Today’s ribbon cutting ceremony at the new Howard T. Ennis School on Patriots Way in the Millsboro-Georgetown area marked a symbolic new beginning, as Principal Melissa Kansak said in her opening comments…

She adds this charge began with a conversation between staff and former Principal, Kristina Perfetti who passed away in 2021. Due to delays in the construction of the therapy pool, the dedication ceremony was postponed until the 2023-2024 school year.

Students, faculty and staff of Howard T. Ennis along with local elected officials gathered outside today for the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Howard T. Ennis school building. The Talk of Delmarva’s Joe Ciccanti has more…
