Salisbury Man Convicted of Attempted Murder in the Second Degree, Motor Vehicle Thefts, and Firearm Offenses
A shooting in October, 2025 has led to the conviction of 19-year-old Bryant Brown-Clark, of Salisbury. He was convicted in the Circuit Court for Wicomico County of two counts of Attempted Murder in the Second Degree, two counts of Firearm Use in a Crime of Violence, Illegal Possession of a Regulated Firearm, two counts of Theft $1,500-$25,000, and related charges. The conviction follows a three-day jury trial presided over by the Honorable Kathleen L. Beckstead, Chief Judge of the Circuit Court of Wicomico County. Sentencing was postponed so that a pre-sentence investigation could be conducted. Brown-Clark will remain in custody pending the sentencing. According to the Office of the State’s Attorney–Wicomico County, the shooting occurred on October 16th, 2025 on Mohawk Avenue in Salisbury. During the investigation, deputies discovered a stray bullet had entered a room at the Wicomico Nursing Home. Evidence, including surveillance video, led investigators to a stolen vehicle from Baltimore City. Brown-Clark was arrested after investigators located the vehicle, and additional evidence obtained through search warrants linked him to the shooting, which authorities believe was gang-related. Wicomico County State’s Attorney (SA) Jamie L. Dykes said that fortunately no one was injured or killed in this shooting incident.
