Salisbury Police Make Arrest in December Shooting Incident

Salisbury Police have arrested a suspect in connection with a shooting that occurred on December 22, 2025. Investigation led police to 21 year old De’Andre Rogers as the suspect – he was arrested last week by the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force and Salisbury Police. Roger is charged with the following offenses:
- Attempted 1st degree murder
- Attempted 2nd degree
- 1st degree assault
- Armed robbery.
Rogers is being held at the Wicomico County Detention Center.
