Salisbury Police Seeking Public’s Assistance to Find Missing Woman

The Salisbury Police Department is seeking help from the public in locating 25-year-old Shaquanna Rutherford, who was last seen in the area of Salisbury City Park approximately two weeks ago.聽 Ms. Rutherford is described as being 5’2″ and 280 pounds. Rutherford is considered critically missing due to health concerns; there are no other suspicious circumstances.
