UPDATED: Sanfilippo Road closing MONDAY until March

UPDATE 2/16 – Construction on Sanfillipo Road is being delayed until Monday. Work was supposed to begin yesterday, but signage boards have been changed and the road remains open. No word on what caused the construction delay.

Sanfilippo Road in Bridgeville is closing tomorrow between Route 404 and Eskridge road for the next month. DelDOT working on upgrading the Route 404 / Route 18 intersection. Officials estimate crews will be working on the intersection through mid-March. Motorists will use Camp Road and Route 18 to skirt around the construction; detours will be posted.
