Seaford Police have arrested a suspicious subject who sat in the lobby of the M&T Bank on Stein Highway in dark clothing, sunglasses and blue surgical mask. When an employee contacted him – he saw what looked like a demand note. The employee tripped the silent alarm as the subject left. A short time later a man with a similar description left the Pizza King without paying. Police located the subject and arrested him. Police learned that 46 year old Cornell Bailey of Seaford was wanted on outstanding warrants for violations of parole. He did admit to his intent to commit a robbery.

Bailey is being held at SCI in default of a $67,000 cash bond on the new charges and $9000 cash bond for the violation of probation.
