Seaford Man Arrested for Terroristic Threatening

Felton Police have arrested a 31-year-old Seaford man on a charge of terroristic threatening following a September 8th incident on East Main Street. Robert F Harding 5th turned himself in on September 10th. He was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court #2 and released on his own recognizance pending a future court date. A no-contact order with the victim was issued. Police said the case stems from a report that Harding threatened a female victim with bodily harm while a witness was present.
