A domestic incident on Friday in Seaford led to the arrest of a Seaford man on a variety of charges. Delaware State Police learned that an argument between 58 year old Brad Rippey and a 44 year old woman turned physical. Also in the house – a 26 year old man and two children aged 12 and 13. During the incident Rippey grabbed a pump action shotgun and cocked the weapon, scaring all the victims. Troopers arriving at the scene recovered the shotgun and arrested Rippey who is charged with a weapons offense, aggravated menacing and other offenses. He’s being held at SCI in default of an over $22,000 secured bond and ordered to have no contact with the victims.
