UPDATED: Seaford Man Convicted of Sexual Abuse of a Minor Sentenced to 25 Years in Prison

UPDATED – 10/03/25 – A Seaford man has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for sexual abuse of a minor. Circuit Court of Wicomico County Judge S. James Sarbanes sentenced 29 year old Logan Littleton to the maximum penalty last week. Littleton was convicted in July following a three-day trial. Upon release he will be under lifetime sexual offender supervision and required to register as a Tier III sex offender for life.

ORIGINAL STORY – 07/24/25 – Following a three day trial, a Wicomico County jury, presided over by the Honorable S. James Sarbanes, Administrative Judge of the Circuit Court for Wicomico County, convicted Logan Littleton of Seaford, who is 29-years-old, of three counts of Sexual Abuse of a Minor. Sentencing was deferred pending receipt of a mandatory pre-sentence investigation and mental health assessment. Littleton will remain in custody pending sentencing.
From 2014 through 2015, Littleton sexually abused a minor in his household. The victim was under the age of 10.

Because of that courage, along with the jury’s considered verdict, the survivor received the justice they deserve. I hope the survivor finds peace and healing in the knowledge that this Defendant has finally been held accountable for his crimes.”
SA Jamie L. Dykes commended Detective G. Wells of the Salisbury Police Department, who was the lead investigator, Child Protective Services, and members of the Wicomico County Child Advocacy Center for their work in the investigation. SA Dykes also commended Senior Assistant State’s Attorney Michael Calabrese, who prosecuted the case and advocated for justice.
