UPDATED: Seaford Man Dies after Motorcycle Crash on River Road Saturday Night

UPDATED – 05/12/26 – Delaware State Police have identified 56 year old Jeffrey Collins, from Seaford, Delaware, as the man who died in the fatal motorcycle crash that occurred Saturday in Seaford.

ORIGINAL STORY – 05/11/26 – A Seaford man has died after a motorcycle crash Saturday night just after 9 on River Road. Delaware State Police say the 56 year old driver of the Yamaha was speeding on River Road east of Woodland Ferry Road when he missed a curve and the motorcycle went down and skidded off the roadway.

The operator was hospitalized with life threatening injuries and died from his injuries on Sunday.
