Seaford’s new Chief of Police sworn into office

Seaford’s new Chief of Police is sworn into office. A host of state and local officials gathered in the Nylon Capital of the World Monday Morning to welcome the newest member of the Seaford Police Department, Chief Robert Kracyla.
Kracyla says he was overwhelmed by the support from friends, co-workers and the community, and was looking forward to taking the Seaford Police Department to a new level.
