Search for Suspect Following Dover Shooting

Dover Police are investigating a shooting that left a 25-year-old male victim hospitalized.

The incident happened early Wednesday morning around 1:46 a.m. in the 400 block of Country Drive in the Country Village Apartments. Officers say a male victim was walking to an apartment in the area when he and another witness heard a gunshot. Both started running, but the victim was shot twice in the right arm and once in the hip.

The investigation remains ongoing and no suspect has been apprehended. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Dover Police Department at (302)736-7130.
