Single Vehicle Crash Near Milford Leaves 1 Dead

A 53 year old Milford man is dead after a single vehicle crash Saturday morning on Coastal Highway near the Route 1 business off-ramp in Milford. Delaware State Police say that the driver was northbound when for an unknown reason he swerved to the right and went off the roadway through a barbed wire fence and hit a tree when the vehicle caught fire. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
