Somerset County Narcotics Task Force Announce Firearm and Drug Arrests

Two men were arrested this morning during a Somerset County Narcotics Task Force operation targeting illegal drug distribution in the county. Authorities say 39-year-old Jayson Philip Tawes of Crisfield and 36-year-old Gregory Allen Cain of Pocomoke City were taken into custody at a residence in Crisfield without incident. Tawes faces drug distribution and firearm charges, while Cain faces drug and ammunition-related charges. The operation involved multiple local and state law enforcement agencies.
