Somerset County Narcotics Task Force Arrest Crisfield Man Following Successful Initiative To Combat Illegal Narcotics Distribution

A Crisfield man has been arrested by the Somerset County Narcotics Task Force after a successful initiative aimed at combating illegal drug distribution in Somerset County.
Police arrested 29 year old Jawyne Antonio Taylor on April 1st – he is charged with three counts of possession with the intent to distribute narcotics – including suspected fentanyl and crack cocaine. Taylor was also charged with the intent to distribute in a school zone and other charges.
Taylor is being held in the Somerset County Detention Center without bond.
The Somerset County Narcotics Task Force is a cooperative enforcement effort between the Maryland State Police, Somerset County Sheriff’s Office, Maryland Natural Resources Police and the Office of the State’s Attorney in Somerset County.
