State Police Investigating Shots Fired Incident in Lincoln
Delaware State Police are investigating an incident in which shots were fired at a home in Lincoln. According to police, the unoccupied residence on Hackney Circle was struck by gunfire sometime during the day, October 28th, while the homeowner was away. No one was injured.
