Sussex County Council Public Hearing Tuesday on Ordinance on Removal Procedures for Members of Appointed Boards, Commissions and Advisory Committees

The Sussex County Council will meet Tuesday morning in Georgetown. The Council will revisit a discussion from January on Tributes, Resolutions and Proclamations and also discuss the disposition of County property. There is a public hearing set for 10:15 on an ordinance to add a new chapter to the County Code on removal procedures for members of appointed boards, commissions and advisory committees. The afternoon session will include public hearings on ordinance amendments on solar farm conditional uses and to amend the county sewer tier map for several parcels in the Frankford area. There are also public hearings on three Conditional Use applications.

The Sussex County Council meets Tuesday morning at 10am in the County Administration Offices on The Circle in Georgetown. The afternoon session begins at 1:30pm
