A seventh-grader was arrested Thursday after making threatening comments to Millsboro Middle School.聽 Delaware State Police say the 13-year-old boy also made terrorizing statements Tuesday toward the school principal and a staff member.聽聽 The teen was arrested and charged with the felony terroristic threatening. He is free on $1,000 unsecured bond.
