15 Tossed into OC Inlet When Pontoon Capsizes

Fifteen people were tossed into the Ocean City Inlet when the pontoon boat they were on capsized around 1pm Thursday.  All who were on the pontoon boat were rescued by fire and police personnel as well as civilian boats.
