A Dover man has been arrested by Delaware State Police for three vehicle thefts that occurred in the High Point Mobile Home Park area.  Police were called for two vehicle thefts Friday morning and another vehicle theft was investigated Thursday.  Police identified the suspect as 24 year old Carrington Hall who was found with items…
