UPDATED – 7/26/19 – Corrections officials have arrested an offender who failed to return from an authorized work pass on Tuesday.  The SCCC Escapee Recovery Team arrested 40 year old Christopher Radcliffe in Georgetown on Thursday and took him into custody.  He’s now at SCI on an escape after conviction warrant in default of $10,000…
