UPDATED: DE & US Flags Return to Full Staff Monday
Delaware Governor John Carney today ordered United States and Delaware flags lowered to half-staff in honor of U.S. Marines Staff Sergeant Christopher Slutman, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on Monday.
