Governor Larry Hogan ordered the Maryland State Flag be lowered to half-staff effective immediately and returned to full-staff at sunset on the day of interment (not yet known). This is in honor of Bob Culver, County Executive for Wicomico County, who passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2020
