Bethany Beach has canceled it’s 250th Anniversary Parade on Friday because of the extreme heat event. Town officials are currently continuing with other July 4th events, but urge everyone to stay save, follow weather guidance, stay hydrated, limit prolonged outdoor activity and monitor official Town communication for updated regarding future celebration plans.
