Gas prices are rising in Delaware. Averages in the state moved up a penny overnight to $2.44 a gallon. Prices have jumped 7 cents over the past week. Maryland seen an increase over the past week as well, gas prices rising 8 cents on average, now standing at $2.51 a gallon.
