A 53 year old Felton woman will spend 22 years in prison for the death of her grandson.  In 2016, Angela Mossinger-Binghan suffocated the 3-year old child and then repeatedly and unsuccessfully tried to take her own life.  She pleaded guilty to 2nd degree murder.
