Maryland Flags to be Lowered to Half-Staff Sunday

Maryland Governor Wes Moore has ordered Maryland Flags to be lowered to half-staff on Sunday from sunrise to sunset. This in honor of former State Delegate Frank Turner who represented Howard County from 1995 to 2019. He passed away in Columbia, Maryland on Friday, February 14th. . .
