A 43-year-old Easton, Maryland man has been charged with child abuse following an investigation by Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office. On December 21st deputies responded to Swann Haven Road and learned that Irenus Jonathan Bernard assaulted his juvenile daughter. Deputies observed injuries to the victim consistent with assault and placed Bernard under arrest.
