Maryland Governor-elect Wes Moore has appointed Salisbury Mayor Jake Day as the state’s new Secretary of Housing and Community Development. Mayor Day will deliver a message on the appointment by Livestream on the City of Salisbury’s Facebook at 6pm tonight.
